This software is incompatible with newer versions of Windows 10 and cannot be installed directly; So before installation, right-click on the VisSetup.exe file and select Properties. Then from the Compatibility tab, check Run this program in compatibility mode and from the Active menu, select Windows 7. Then click OK and install the software.

Comment: If you installed the software normally and there is a problem with its execution, in addition to removing the software, you will also need to remove the Sentinel Runtime. To do this, run cmd and go with the cd command to the folder where you have downloaded the software (let’s say if the software is downloaded and extracted to the folder C:\CSI Italia VIS Concrete Design 12.1.0, So enter the command cd C:\CSI Italia Vis Concrete Design). Then enter the command haspdinst.exe -r to remove Sentinel Runtime. Then reinstall the software as described above.

The software does not run on a virtual system.
