RAM SBeam is a powerful and comprehensive application Bentley for the design of steel beams. Using one of several RAM design codes, SBeam can select a desired beam size or check the adequacy of an existing structure. This enables quick evaluation and comparison of different beams under different load conditions. RAM SBeam has a unique user interface for simplicity and ease of use while offering powerful design capabilities. This results in time savings for the engineer and a cheaper design for the customer. Bentley is a global leader in providing complete architectural and engineering software solutions for infrastructure maintenance to architects, engineers, builders and operators. RAM SBeam contains a subset of design options from the Metal Structural RAM Design module of the RAM Structural RAM system. RAM The structural system includes not only individual beams, but also the model of the entire structure and automatically calculates the associated loads of all elements (beams, columns, walls, etc.).
