Version 2023: Select the lmgrd file in the bin folder in the Config Servers tab of the lmtools software (C:\Program Files\Keysight\EEsof_License_Tools\bin\lmgrd.exe). In the "License File Path" section, select the keysight.lic file (C:\Program Files\Keysight\EEsof_License_Tools\bin\keysight.lic). If the software asks for a license after launch, as mentioned in the Readme section, select the online license and enter the specified information. In the next window (select product license), select the first option and all available licenses will be activated.
